Fixing Linear Guide Block onto Rail

Linear guides are developed in with high precision technology to allow for heavy loads and highly smooth movement across guide rails. Blocks and rails have to be of the same brand manufacturer as different brands have their respective raceway designs within a linear block.

In this video, we are using a plastic stopper during the transfer of non-caged STAF MBX miniature block on and off the linear guide rail. It is recommended to use plastic stoppers to prevent steel balls from falling out of the raceway, even for caged linear blocks.
